Jim Farrar
Vice President, Business Development
Jim Farrar serves as Vice President Sales for Recondo Technology with over 30 years experience in healthcare. Prior to joining Recondo Technology, Mr. Farrar worked in business development at LabCorp where he focused on securing strategic alliances and acquisitions. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Farrar has assisted several software companies, focused on the revenue cycle, develop for their sales and marketing strategies, including Concuity (contract management), CodeCorrect (coding and chargemaster), and Pointshare (eligibility/provider-payer connectivity ). Mr. Farrar initiated his healthcare career in 1977 at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY, spending the next ten years leading business development at Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA) Physician Recruiting and Consulting Services. Mr. Farrar then served for five years as President and CEO for the Indiana Communication Network, a joint venture of Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis and Integrated Medical Systems (IMS) focused on the electronic exchange of clinical information. Mr. Farrar received his MBA from Webster University, MS from Indiana University, and BS Degree from Indiana State University.
