Recondo and Sutherland Partner to Improve the Hospital Revenue Cycle and Business Process Outsourcing

Agreement combines automated testing of Recondo solutions with Sutherland reseller agreement

DENVER and CLIFTON, NJ – October 29, 2015Recondo Technology (Recondo) and Sutherland Healthcare Solutions (SHS) announced today a partnership to enhance Recondo’s cloud-based revenue cycle connectivity and applications with Sutherland’s Revenue Cycle Services and Business Process Outsourcing. The agreement also calls for Sutherland to resell Recondo’s solutions to the more than 100 healthcare organizations that use Sutherland’s business process outsourcing (BPO), IT outsourcing, consulting and analytics services.

The partnership joins Sutherland’s revenue cycle expertise and proficiency in improving the end-user experience and support services with Recondo’s ability to ensure proper and accelerated payments across the care continuum. Hospital customers of both companies will benefit from the combination of Sutherland’s services and Recondo’s applications to improve the efficiency of their revenue cycle.
