Client Success Manager
You’ll be assigned a Client Manager who will serve as your point of contact for managing your account. They’ll conduct your Quarterly Business Reviews and keep you updated on feature releases, product announcements, and news.
Every quarter, you’ll have an opportunity to share both qualitative and quantitative feedback directly with our team in a brief survey so we can continuously improve and ensure you’re receiving value from our products.
We’ll conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with you to ensure accuracy of reporting and that we’re meeting your key performance indicators. You’ll also hear about feature releases, product highlights, customer stories, events and news.
Command Center is your one-stop shop for managing your account credentials, reports and monitoring usage and performance. This is where you’ll access analytics, and administer your account and users.
Our Support Center enables both self-service and technical support. The Recondo Support System is where you’ll create, manage and report on cases. Additionally, the Knowledge Base includes help docs, user guides, release notes and videos.
In addition to go-live training, we host regular customer-focused webinars on product features, reporting and other topics. We’ll launch a User Conference in 2019 with educational content for all levels of your organization.
