Jodi Hubler’s career includes executive experience in a wide range of companies, from international recruiting at Cargill and a vice presidency in a $2 billion division of Alcoa, to the controlled chaos of a venture-backed start-up when she served as chief people officer for Definity Health.
Jay Deady is Recondo’s Chief Executive Officer. Jay has been a leader, product visionary, and innovator in healthcare information technology for more than 20 years. He most recently served as CEO of Awarepoint, where he grew the company into the leading technology provider in the caregiver and patient asset-flow and capacity-management market. Previously, Jay was Executive Vice President of client solutions for Eclipsys (now Allscripts) where he drove the company’s global go-to-market and solution delivery strategies. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of revenue cycle at McKesson Provider Technologies and held management positions with Cerner Corporation and ADAC Healthcare.
Phil Yates is a Partner at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to this, Phil was with Great Hill Partners from 2003 to 2012 where he focused on growth investments in software and technology-enabled services across the healthcare, payments, business services and consumer verticals. Before Great Hill Partners, Phil was at Carousel Capital, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC where he worked on transactions in franchising, healthcare, industrials, and communications. Phil started his career with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in the Consumer and Business Services investment banking group.
Hamilton Shawn serves as Executive Director of Corporate Strategy for the Advisory Board Company. His primary focus is developing and launching new ventures to support the firm’s growth objectives.
Previously, Mr. Shawn developed and executed the growth strategy for the Advisory Board’s Revenue Cycle Solutions division, including the development and acquisition of several performance technology products. He also managed the Advisory Board’s finance practice, authoring research and delivering presentations for finance executives. He has authored publications on multiple topics, including reducing supply cost, mitigating innovation risk, managing undercompensated care, hardwiring financial accountability, and minimizing budget variances.
Curt Witte is the Head of Portfolio Operations for Bregal Sagemount with a focus on partnering with portfolio company management to drive high yield operations enhancement. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an Operating Partner at Symphony Technology Group, where he focused on portfolio company operations enhancement for various tech businesses in eCommerce, business services, health care IT, mobile apps, and advertising. Prior to Symphony Technology Group, Curt founded and scaled Findly (profitable $50 million revenue on-demand software company) through its merger, and successful spinoff, from First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group company.
